I sent them my purse, it's long been sold, and they refuse to pay me. Their system logs every address you've ever had and they mailed the check to the wrong address. Their customer service rep (Corbin) seems to be a fake alias since he doesn't exists on LinkedIn or in any records. After many back and forth emails they still won't mail me a check siting they are unsure of where I live (even though I've had three bags shipped to me at this address). I'm so disappointed in the way they're handled this matter and the disrespect they have for customers. I will never shop here again or refer any more of my friends. Furthermore I've had to escalate the issue just to get paid for a bag I sent them. It's basically robbery at this point. Do not sell your stuff to them!
Beautiful and careful packaging that I appreciate a lot.

Some of the descriptions have been grossly incorrect and name of product mismatched with description
Great, easy shopping and check out experience! Loved that I was notified that one of my "watched" items went on sale! Was easy to pop in and snag it!
Easy & so many choices- I found just want I didn't know I needed and bought it for a lot less than I would have paid elsewhere! I appreciate it's authenticity has been guaranteed as well. Had a little confusion on the shipping but when I contacted customer support, they immediately fixed the problem and sent my order overnight.
Phone service was better than email or chat, once I got a real person, they solved the problem immediately!

I loved my item the quality was great! In my opinion shipment took a little longer than I would have expected but that is not a deal breaker. I will definitely be shopping through Fashionphile again!

Awesome. The person I spoke with, Javier was so helpful and he did an excellent customer service. Went above and beyond to make sure that my questions were answered and that my concerns were addressed promptly.
I wish their was a wider range, when it comes to pricing. Other than that, I love the selection of handbags and I love the service. The packaging is nice and shopping was very fast. My bag was as advertised.
